Yep They almost got me. It just sounded too damn good to be true. Here is what they do: They use politeness and offer you great gifts (for ex. diamond watches, electronic organizers) in an attempt to get you to subscribe to a magazine company. The salesperson was so polite that she asked me about the weather, what I was studying in school, what are my plans to do with the money. So I give her my Id number and she switches me over to another lady, who politely asks me about the how the weather is AGAIN. Then she talking some bullshit about charging me 1.29 per week for 2 years for a collection of magazines. I though to myself “hey even if this is a scam that’s a good deal. 1.29 per week is equivalent to purchasing a soda out of a convenient store.” Then she said something about charging it in 4 month installments of 67.00 bucks. I very good with numbers, so I did the math in my head. If I paid .00 for 2 years in 4 month installments that would equal about 0 dollars. If I paid 1.29 per week for 2 years that would equal about 0.00. Those values are far from equal. From then on I though SCAM. After this I decided to play along with the scam to get that *****’s hopes up. Excuse the profanity but thats the way I felt. So she asks me for a credit card and I utter the first 2 numbers, then in an intended unprovocative manner, I yelled, “SUCK MY ***bleeeeeep****. I wont put the actual word, but you all should get the picture.

I have got a new job as a personal secretary in a consulting company. And i am very much excited about it. But i dont have a nice watch to wear. I really want a nice timepiece which would go for the office and also when i am with my bf or friends. It should be classy . i have selected some watches from a shopping website. I like them all but pls suggest which one to choose. First i am confused whether to go for a black leather strap watch or a steel watch. What do you girls suggest ?

The second of your picks is too casual for the office i believe for example, it seems more like an evening watch or party watch. And the third is nice, but compared to the other two is too involved and has an almost scattered effect.

It seems like the most versatile of the two. A metallic band can be used with more outfits, and can look both casual and formal on a woman, while at the same time retaining a classy look. Moreover, I tend to associate a leather band with masculinity, a nice metallic band looks more feminine and delicate, plus it has a lovely design.
